In an ever-changing and demanding environment, practising self-love in solitude is rare and often not valued enough.
These photographs reflect moments of privacy, and the journey to find refuge within oneself.
The project was started before the pandemic and since then the images have gained new meanings, as we re-evaluate our social presence and the importance of our mental wellbeing.
